RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are considered final.
Due to the unique and collectible nature of luxury, pre-owned, and vintage timepieces, Elysium District Watches does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed.
Exceptions may be made only in the following circumstances:
• The item received is materially different from the item described or photographed.
• The wrong item was shipped.
• The item arrives damaged due to shipping.
Any claim must be reported within 3 days of delivery and supported by photographs and documentation.
Pre-owned and vintage watches may show normal signs of age, wear, polishing, servicing, or prior ownership. Such characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund.
If an approved claim is accepted, Elysium District Watches will provide return instructions and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund at its discretion.
